We will either work out compensation or arrange a date for your repairs to be made within 21 days of this issue being reported. 

This system allows us to make sure your issues get the attention they need and can be resolved as soon as possible. Please restrain from calling or emailing us during this time as this can delay the process. We will resolve your issues within the time scales laid out above.
