Our stunning Joinery Range comes with the added upgrade of joinery-made doors and windows. As usual, these buildings are built to order meaning we can customise them to suit your requirements. We offer joinery windows and doors on all of our garden building designs to really take your new garden building to the next level at a very competitive price.

Our Joinery Range as standard comes with 4mm toughened glass in the windows and doors. We can offer this range with double glazing for an additional cost. The joinery windows and doors we offer do come untreated meaning we do highly suggest customers treat these using an appropriate treatment within 7 days of installation.

The joinery doors we offer can, on request be delivered with a hole drilled for a mortice lock to be installed. We do not fit or provide the locks ourselves. These modern-looking buildings can be made in any size you require with the windows and doors able to be moved around to suit your needs. As with all of our Quality Garden Buildings our Pent Summerhouses are built using only the best quality materials. We use 22mm thick log effect, tongue and groove cladding for the walls, heavy-duty 25mm thick timber boarding for the floors, heavy-duty polyester felt on the roof and toughened safety glass as standard. As with all of our buildings, our Joinery Range of buildings comes with a 10-year anti-rot guarantee as standard, excluding the windows and doors as these come untreated meaning we highly recommend treating these within 7 days of installation. Our buildings come with heavy-duty floors included as standard as well as runners that sit underneath the building to lift it off the ground 3-4 inches. This allows for airflow underneath the building and prevents rot.

Height 

Our regular-height buildings come with internal measurements of 7ft at the front and 6ft at the back allowing plenty of headspaces. If you do wish we can increase this to an 'extra height' building making it 7.5ft at the front internally and 6.5ft at the back for an additional cost. All of our buildings fall under the 2.5m regulation meaning planning permission is not required.

Our garden buildings are made using the highest quality materials and if looked after correctly can easily last 20+ years. These buildings are perfect to transform into a year-round garden room with insulation, electrics and plumbing if needed. This isn't a service we offer ourselves however many of our customers do make these alterations afterwards.
